  With only one man on the till who was serving while I waited behind another customer I did not mind waiting patiently for my reserved item. The lady he was serving was returning an item and another woman, the manager I think he said came out to help him and went and fetched a replacement. At no time did she make eye contact with either myself or the other lady waiting. After a short time the lady went to be served just leaving me - although the manager had been out a few times, at no time did she attempt to serve anyone waiting. A young lady arrived and waited by the fast track/eBay section. The manager nearly broke her neck to serve her - I said excuse me I've been waiting and was told it was because it was fast track/ebay. My question: if she wasn't available to serve when two of us were patiently waiting, why was she able to when the other lady arrived? I did ask if the manager only dealt with that section and was told no! I always presumed my money was as good as any, obviously not!
